Another typical day in the rat race or so it seems until a trip to a small office toilet changes everything.

Behind the scenes of Vacant

The film was written over a couple of days, the idea came as I thought about an eye staring back at me through a urinal as I used a public toilet. The film was shot in a small bathroom over 1 day. Due to the size of the location a variety of lenses were required to tell the story, the widest being a 20mm. The sound was recorded through a Rode NTG2 mic on a Rode BoomPole going into a Zoon H4N recorder.
