RØDE Microphones is looking for passionate, talented and dedicated Human Resources Generalist to join our rapidly-growing team.

In this role your responsibilities will include

  • Creating, implementing and maintaining company policies and people initiatives
  • Provide assistance to staff in locating policies and understanding company procedures
  • Partner with management throughout the employee life cycle
  • Co-ordinate recruitment processes by assisting managers with the preparation of job descriptions, posting ads, managing RØDE Microphones job board
  • Organise interviews and pre-employment checks
  • Co-ordinate induction and probation and performance review processes
  • Manage WHS record keeping; follow up on incidents and injuries to ensure compliance with processes
  • Create and maintain employee records according to internal policies and legal requirements

To be successful you will

  • Completed of nearing completion of Human Resources qualification
  • Understand of Industrial Awards
  • Outstanding organisational and time-management abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving orientation and the capacity to understand when to refer on more complex matters
  • Strong ethics and strict adherence to confidentiality
  • The ability to speak and write in Mandarin will be highly regarded
